Through reform and construction, school physical education has made remarkable achievements. Some high-level sports teams have entered the first-class level in domestic universities. The men's basketball team won the championship, the third place and the fifth place in the 6th, 7th and 8th National University Games respectively. The school Wushu team won 30 gold medals in the three Hong Kong international Wushu competitions from 2005 to 2007, and 3 gold medals in the 7th and 8th National Universiade.
