Persons who have obtained the qualification of practicing (assistant) doctors participate in the public special recruitment of institutions organized by people's social organizations and health departments, and obtain the employment qualification of institutions after passing the examination, the employing units shall employ them in accordance with the personnel management regulations of institutions, sign employment contracts, implement post management, incorporate them into the establishment of institutions, and pay social insurance according to regulations.
Counties (cities, districts) give priority to recruiting these students, and shall not misappropriate, occupy or reduce the establishment of township hospitals. After graduation, the service period is agreed to be five years, and it will be assessed once a year. After the expiration of the service, it can flow within the county (city, district). Anyone who scored 20 19 in the college entrance examination can fill in this item. Candidates who fill in the volunteers of "one college student and one village doctor" are oriented medical students and are arranged to be admitted in batches in higher vocational colleges. The establishment, cancellation, merger or change of specifications and names of administrative agencies of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be reported by the administrative agencies to the staffing administration organs of the people's governments at the corresponding levels for examination and approval.
