Directly recruit officers and award titles for the first time: those who graduate from undergraduate courses are awarded the rank of second lieutenant (police), and those who graduate from master's degrees are awarded the rank of second lieutenant (police).

In the recruitment announcements of various services and arms, it is also clearly put forward that preferential policies such as giving priority to graduates who have served in active service and relaxing their age are given priority. The new policy has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life in the military and the land.

Soldiers who don't want to be generals are not good soldiers. For soldiers, it is also the pursuit and dream of many young soldiers to be able to turn "scholars" into "cadres". Now the good news is coming. Even if you don't go to college, soldiers who meet the latter two conditions can be directly promoted to officers:

1, the "double first-class" college student soldiers are admitted without examination.

Directly select and recruit officers from the fresh graduates of "double first-class" universities. Since last year, the army has begun to try to recruit students who have already joined the army without examination:

First, the national first-class construction universities and first-class construction disciplines retain the admission qualifications or retain the status of college students;

Second, the cultural achievements of the college entrance examination have reached a control line in the province (the provinces that implement the control line of undergraduate batch merger have reached the control line of independent enrollment);

Three, military * * * excellent test results in the same subject, voluntary dedication to national defense;

Four, in line with the political conditions, physical and mental conditions of military academies, as well as the basic conditions for soldiers to apply for military academies.

Candidates who meet the exemption conditions can choose to fill in the professional volunteers corresponding to the majors they have studied in the university or the professional volunteers of infantry command. Volunteers who do not meet the relevant requirements and do not obey the adjustment will not be accepted.

2. Soldiers who graduated from universities were promoted.

The following conditions shall be met for selecting college graduates from troops below the division level:

First, I graduated from a full-time college before joining the army. Among them, undergraduate graduates should be graduates who have participated in the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities, been admitted by provincial entrance examination institutions and obtained full-time undergraduate degrees and bachelor's degrees; Postgraduates should take the national unified postgraduate entrance examination and get full-time postgraduate education;

Two, the undergraduate graduation age is not more than 26 years old, and the graduate graduation age is not more than 29 years old. Among them, the age of ethnic minority soldiers serving in troops stationed in Tibet and ethnic minority areas in more than three kinds of hard and remote areas can be relaxed 1 year (as of June of that year 1 year);

Three, the length of service is 1 year, not more than 3 years (as of June 30th of that year); Four, the annual assessment results over the years are competent or above, and the personal annual military training results over the years are good or above; Five, to participate in the physical examination of the military organization, and the conclusion is qualified.
