⑴ The reimbursement items for private cars at public expense include: parking fees, road and bridge fees, fuel fees, maintenance fees and vehicle damage fees.

(2) Parking fees and road and bridge fees shall be reimbursed by invoices, and fuel fees, maintenance fees and vehicle wear and tear fees shall be reimbursed by fuel invoices after the amount approved in Article.

(3) The above-mentioned related expenses of private cars are counted by departments and included in the department cost.

2, fuel cost calculation methods and standards:

⑴ Calculation formula of fuel cost: fuel cost per kilometer = (oil price× fuel consumption per hundred kilometers) ÷ 100 Actual fuel cost = actual mileage× fuel cost per kilometer.

2 fuel cost calculation standard:

① Oil price: Based on the current market price.

② Fuel consumption standard for 100 kilometers: 9 liters/100 kilometers (based on No.93 oil)

⑶ Actual mileage calculation standard: take the mileage of the starting and ending points of the train as the calculation standard. The engineering department takes the actual mileage during construction as the calculation standard. (4) Maintenance fee standard: per kilometer 15 yuan, and vehicle wear and tear fee standard: per kilometer 15 yuan (maintenance fee of the engineering department due to terrain difference, 3 yuan per kilometer, vehicle wear and tear fee, 4 yuan per kilometer). Fuel cost per kilometer =(46×9)÷ 100 fuel cost per kilometer = 67 (5) subsidy standard for public funds of private cars: subsidy cost = fuel cost per kilometer+maintenance cost+vehicle wear cost subsidy cost = 67+ 15+05 = 97 (keep one).

Engineering subsidy fee =67+3+4=37 (one decimal place is reserved, rounded to 4 yuan, and 4 yuan is actually subsidized per kilometer).
