Shandong architectural engineering school. Shandong Jianzhu University, formerly known as Shandong Architectural Engineering School, was founded in 1956. The school was formed by the merger of Shandong Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture and Shandong Cadre School of Civil Engineering. 1958 was renamed Shandong institute of civil engineering and architecture, and 1984 was upgraded to an undergraduate institution of higher learning. 200 1, the school was renamed Shandong Jianzhu university.
