At present, the National Defense Science and Technology University has three campuses.

The first hospital is the headquarters of the school, located in Deya Road, Kaifu District, Changsha City. Mainly doctors and masters, as well as technical seniors. It is a place for office and scientific research.

The No.3 Hospital is located in the suburb (near Hongshan Bridge), and it is dominated by undergraduates (all No.9 Hospitals+technical freshmen to juniors).
