2. League cadres. When college students join the Party, they are generally promoted by league members. League cadres should have obvious advantages in promoting outstanding league members. Therefore, as a group cadre in the class, it is easier to apply for joining the party. In particular, as the secretary of the League branch of the League cadres, he has greater advantages in the promotion of League members, even greater than the advantages of the squad leader. Of course, in some universities, the secretary of the Youth League branch and the monitor are concurrently held by the same student, and they are usually the first "seed players" to join the Party.

3. Student Union cadres. In some universities, it is more difficult to join the student union organization than to become a class cadre. Therefore, as student union cadres, school party organizations and Communist Youth League organizations are particularly valued, and they usually have greater advantages when applying to join the Party. Some universities, even when developing party member, will reserve a certain number of places for outstanding members of the university student union to join the Party.
