The College of Applied Technology (also called Jiyuan Campus) is the second-level college with the most characteristics and advantages among the second-level colleges of Yellow River Institute of Science and Technology 17. It is also the "Universities of Applied Sciences Reform Strategy Research Pilot" of the Ministry of Education, the first governing unit of "China Universities of Applied Sciences (College) Alliance" and the first batch of local undergraduate colleges in Henan Province.
