3. Students who have won the first prize in the provincial competition of higher vocational colleges or the second prize in the national competition for a specified number of years can directly enroll in undergraduate courses, but they must participate in the unified "college-upgraded" examination in the province.
4. After the admission of ordinary higher vocational colleges (specialties), the junior students who perform compulsory military service are collected from Jiangsu Province during the school period, and the graduates who perform compulsory military service and retire from Jiangsu Province are collected from ordinary higher vocational colleges (specialties) within one year after graduation.
