The Standard of College Students' Physical Health (hereinafter referred to as the Standard) was jointly formulated by the Ministry of Education and the State Sports General Administration, and officially promulgated and implemented in July 2002. This standard is applicable to students in ordinary colleges and universities. Standard test is "an educational means to promote the healthy development of students' physique and encourage students to actively participate in physical exercise, an individual evaluation standard of students' physique and health, and one of the basic conditions for students to graduate".
Second, the "standard" test items
According to the requirements of the standard, there are six items that college students need to test, namely, height, weight, vital capacity, step test, standing long jump (choose one of 50 meters running), grip strength (male) and sit-ups (female).
Three, the "standard" scoring methods and grades
According to the standard requirements, after evaluation, 100 is taken as the full mark, and the weight coefficient of each evaluation score (table 1) is as follows:
Height and standard weight: 15 points
Steps: 20 points
Vital capacity and body mass index: 15.
Standing jump distance: 30 minutes
Grip strength and body mass index: 20 points
The standard evaluation score corresponds to the grade.
