There are two kinds of jobs for soldiers in military schools: teaching and guarding. Teaching insurance is to do odd jobs, clean, pour water and deliver newspapers to various departments. Jingtong is standing at the gate, picketing and communicating classes (communication classes are generally female soldiers).

There is also being a driver in the team, but usually after being transferred to civilian work.
