This journal uses the academic misconduct document detection system to detect the scientific integrity of all contributions, and to detect problems such as repeated submissions, multiple submissions and plagiarism, so as to put an end to academic misconduct. The test results of national academic journals in 2009 are as follows: the coincidence rate with published articles (including those published by the contributing authors themselves, except graduate papers) >; 30% accounts for 1 1%, (if the author needs to quote more documents, please mark the quotations). Such problems will have a negative impact on periodicals, even lead to intellectual property disputes including copyright, and also affect the image of authors and their units. Although such articles account for a small proportion, they still need to be tested. China Knowledge Network, an electronic publishing organization cooperating with this journal, will delete articles with academic misconduct (even published articles will be deleted from the database).
