On July 22nd, 2008, School of Information, China Renmin University announced the design scheme of the emblem. With the active participation and care of teachers and students, the school emblem of the college lasted for four years and several drafts were changed. After research, the college finally decided to choose the scheme put forward by Beijing Zhixingtang Advertising Co., Ltd., and the logo takes the word "letter" in "information" as the creative point of graphic creation. The word "Ren" on the left is based on the emblem of the National People's Congress, and the word "Zi" on the right is skillfully transformed into a letter of the word "Ren" on the left, which not only vividly expresses the whole of Renmin University, but also embodies the characteristics of the School of Information. Logo information has strong consciousness and unique connotation. Info not only expresses the "character" of seal script, but also has the change of target graphics, which makes it have the abstract form of integrated circuit and the abstract concept of information circulation and communication.
