There are two kinds of full-time undergraduate courses, one is the undergraduate students admitted through the provincial recruitment office where the college entrance examination is registered, and the other is the students admitted through the provincial recruitment office (or participating in the grassroots plan for college students) when they graduate. Students who take the college entrance examination in June every year and enroll in September every year are full-time university graduates.
University degrees such as night university, TV university, self-taught examination and adult education (including correspondence, full-time and amateur) are not full-time university degrees.
In other words, you may not be able to apply.
