Article 3 Wuhan University of Technology is a state-owned public full-time ordinary institution of higher learning directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC). It is the first batch of "double first-class" universities in China, with the right to award bachelor's, master's and doctor's degrees and a postdoctoral research mobile station.

Article 4 The enrollment work of our school adheres to the principle of "fairness, justice and openness", comprehensively measures the moral, intellectual, physical and artistic conditions of candidates, selects the best candidates, and accepts the supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates and the society.

Article 5. Students who are admitted to our university for undergraduate enrollment meet the graduation requirements of this major within the specified time, and are awarded the graduation certificate of Wuhan University of Technology, and the graduates who meet the bachelor's degree awarding methods of Wuhan University of Technology are awarded the bachelor's degree.

Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Article 6 Wuhan University of Technology shall set up an Admissions Committee composed of school leaders, heads of relevant departments, teachers, students, alumni and middle school representatives to conduct democratic management and supervision over school enrollment; Set up a leading group for enrollment work composed of school leaders and heads of relevant departments, responsible for implementing the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education on enrollment work, implementing the resolutions of the school party committee and administration on enrollment work, studying and formulating various rules and regulations of the school on enrollment work, and supervising the specific implementation of enrollment work. Article 7 The Admissions Office is a permanent institution of our school, and its main responsibilities are: under the leadership of the school enrollment leading group, it is specifically responsible for the organization and implementation of school enrollment.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Article 8 Our school follows the relevant national enrollment policies, and takes into account the number of applicants for the college entrance examination in each province (autonomous region or municipality), the proportion of candidates in each province (autonomous region or municipality) to the total enrollment in the country, the quality of students and the employment situation over the years, etc. Combined with the enrollment plans of our school in recent years, this year's enrollment source plan is compiled and reported to the Ministry of Education and provincial enrollment examination institutions for the record.

Article 9 Within the annual enrollment scale approved by the state, our school reserves a small number of plans according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education to adjust the imbalance of online examination students in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and solve the enrollment problem of candidates with the same score. The reserved plan shall not exceed 1% of the total enrollment plan, and the use of the reserved plan shall adhere to the principles of quality first, openness and transparency.

Chapter IV Enrollment Types and Admission Principles

Article 10 The enrollment targets of ordinary undergraduate students in our school are: ordinary college entrance examination students (including candidates of national special plan, candidates of college special "inspirational plan", candidates of art majors, high-level sports teams, preparatory classes for ethnic minorities, senior high schools in Tibet and Xinjiang, and oriented students), foreign language students, overseas Chinese and candidates from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

Eleventh ordinary college entrance examination students (except the first-class single-recruit high-level athletes who have been pre-admitted by our school) must take the National Unified Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 2022.

Article 12 For the policy bonus items determined by the Ministry of Education and the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), our school recognizes the effective bonus items and scores for the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities in China as stipulated by the local enrollment examination institutions, but the maximum bonus is no more than 20 points. When enrolling students in our school, the scores (including policy bonus points) shall prevail, but all the bonus items and scores of college entrance examination are not applicable to enrollment items that do not arrange provincial and sub-professional enrollment plans.

Thirteenth in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) designated batch admission control scores, our school according to the provincial admissions examination institutions to confirm the candidates filing scores from high to low. Voluntarily file according to the batch order, and the file transfer ratio should be controlled within 120% in principle; According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, the proportion of file adjustment should be controlled within 105% in principle. Candidates who have passed the examination of ideological and political morality, meet the training requirements of relevant majors and obey the adjustment of majors, our school will not withdraw from the file in principle.

Article 14 For the batches that volunteer to file in order, our school can accept non-first volunteer candidates under the condition that the number of students of the first volunteer candidates is insufficient, and select the best candidates according to the results of filing. If the number of qualified non-first volunteer candidates is still insufficient, then collect volunteers; According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, the unfinished plan in the original announced plan will also solicit volunteers. If the recruitment of volunteers is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred to other provinces with good student quality to complete the enrollment plan.

Article 15 Principle of professional distribution

Candidates who apply for our school and meet the relevant admission rules will be admitted and assigned majors in the order of high scores to low scores according to the candidates' application results and professional wishes, and no professional grades will be set. If the candidate's volunteering cannot be satisfied and is subject to professional adjustment, the admission will be adjusted within the scope of the plan according to the result of the candidate's reporting, otherwise it will not be accepted. Candidates who do not clearly express their obedience to professional adjustment when filling in their volunteers will be regarded as not obeying professional adjustment.

In the provinces that have not implemented the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, when the scores are the same, priority will be given to the candidates with the highest total score in the college entrance examination (excluding policy scores). When the total score of the college entrance examination is the same, those with high scores in major-related subjects will be given priority, with science and engineering as "mathematics+synthesis" and literature and history as "language+synthesis"; When the scores of major-related subjects are still the same, the reserved plan will be adopted for admission.

For the provinces that implement the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination, the subjects selected by candidates must meet the requirements of our school for the majors reported by candidates. When the scores are the same, the professional distribution shall be made with reference to the sorting rules of parallel volunteer with the same score determined by the provincial entrance examination institutions. If the sorting rules of the same score are not clear, those with high scores in related subjects will be given priority. The comparative order of related subjects is mathematics, Chinese and foreign languages. When the results of related subjects are still the same, the appointment plan is adopted for admission.

Seventeenth some special professional admission principles

According to the relevant regulations of the state, the two majors of navigation technology and marine engineering are arranged to be admitted in advance. In principle, candidates should reach the first batch of admission control scores in the province where the students are located, and fill in the maritime professional volunteers. When the number of qualified students in the first batch of admission control scores is insufficient, the unfinished plan can be adjusted to recruit candidates with similar majors in other regions.

Due to the special requirements for the foundation of fine arts, the architecture major of our school only recruits candidates with professional volunteers. If there are insufficient volunteers in this major, the unfinished plan will be transferred to other regions to recruit candidates with the same major. Freshmen majoring in architecture try art within two weeks after entering school, and those who fail will transfer to other majors.

The major of vehicle engineering (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools) and finance (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools) in our school are Sino-British and Sino-Australian cooperation in running schools respectively. Only candidates who have filled in their professional volunteers are recruited, and changing majors is regarded as a transfer between the above two majors.

The major of biological science (Chinese-foreign cooperative education) in our school is set up in Axe-Marseille College of Wuhan University of Technology (a Chinese-foreign cooperative education institution approved by the Ministry of Education), and it is run in cooperation with Axe-Marseille University in France, and only candidates who have volunteered to fill in this major are recruited.

Article 18 Our school's requirements for candidates' physical health shall, in principle, be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities and the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Transport and the China Disabled Persons' Federation. Navigation technology and marine engineering are two majors, which are not suitable for female students because of their special nature of work. Special requirements for physical examination: height 1.65 meters or more, no color blindness (weak color), no diplopia, normal hearing and smell, and sound limbs. Among them, the navigation technology major requires candidates' naked eye vision to reach above 4.7(0.5); Or the naked vision of both eyes can reach 4.0(0. 1) and above, and the corrected vision can reach 4.8(0.6) and above. Marine Engineering requires candidates to have naked eye vision of 4.6(0.4) or above; Or the naked vision of both eyes can reach 4.0(0. 1) and above, and the corrected vision can reach 4.6(0.4) and above. Other requirements shall be implemented with reference to People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * and the national standard "Requirements for Seafarers' Health Examination" (GB30035-202 1).

Article 19 There is no limit to the ratio of male to female in our school.

Article 20 The major of our school is not limited to candidates taking foreign languages, but in principle, students must arrange teaching with English as the first foreign language after entering school. As graduates majoring in navigation technology and marine engineering must use English as their working language, it is recommended that candidates who are not in English should fill in the form carefully.

Article 21 The admission principles of candidates for special "inspirational plans", art majors, high-level sports teams and foreign language majors in colleges and universities shall be implemented in accordance with the requirements of the relevant enrollment brochures of our school in 2022.

Article 22 According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, from 2023 onwards, candidates who abandoned their admission qualifications or dropped out of school after being admitted to the special program in previous years will no longer enjoy the admission qualifications of the special program.

Twenty-third Tibetan and Xinjiang minority preparatory classes and high school classes are admitted according to the relevant provisions of the state.

Twenty-fourth directional students in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the provincial admissions department to draw admission scores, according to the voluntary admission from high to low. According to the national regulations, targeted students need to sign an employment agreement with the targeted unit before entering school, and students who refuse to sign the agreement without reason will be disqualified. Orientation students must work in the orientation unit after graduation, otherwise it will be handled according to the relevant provisions of the state.

Article 25 For the first batch of admission control scores involved in the enrollment of "Inspirational Plan" and navigation (navigation technology and marine engineering) majors in colleges and universities, for the provinces that implement the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination and merge undergraduate batches, the minimum admission control scores for the corresponding special types of enrollment determined by the relevant provincial education administrative departments or enrollment examination institutions shall be implemented.

Twenty-sixth overseas Chinese and candidates from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan can take the cultural examination organized by the Joint Admissions Office of domestic colleges and universities and be admitted according to the regulations. Hong Kong candidates can also be admitted through the results of the Hong Kong Secondary School Diploma Examination, and Taiwan Province candidates can also be admitted through the results of the Taiwan Province Provincial College Entrance Examination. Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

Article 27 According to the regulations of the state, students are required to pay tuition, accommodation and other miscellaneous fees, and the specific charging standards will be announced to the public after being approved by the provincial price department where our school is located. Article 28 After the new students enter the school, our school will conduct a comprehensive review. Those who do not meet the requirements will be dealt with according to the review situation until their admission qualification is cancelled. Those who fail to report for duty within two weeks are deemed to have given up their admission qualification automatically.
