According to official website of Luxun Academy of Fine Arts (hereinafter referred to as "Lu Mei"), Luxun Academy of Fine Arts is located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. It is the only multi-disciplinary and multi-level art college in Northeast China, one of the eight national fine arts colleges, and a key construction university of first-class universities in Liaoning Province. The school has been successively rated as the national college students' cultural quality education base, the red classic art education demonstration base of colleges and universities of the Ministry of Education, and the national literature public opinion information research base of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
