Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 According to the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Education shall implement? Article 3 Certificate issuance: Those who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the specified time will be awarded the undergraduate diploma of Beijing Forestry University; In line with the relevant provisions of the school's degree granting, the bachelor's degree certificate will be awarded to undergraduate graduates of ordinary higher education.

Article 4 The enrollment work of Beijing Forestry University will fully implement the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, and comprehensively measure the candidates' morality, intelligence, physique and beauty based on the principles of fairness, justice and openness, and select the best candidates.

Article 5 Undergraduate enrollment in our school includes self-enrollment, rural students' independent enrollment, students walking, high-level art groups, high-level sports teams, art, national defense students, poverty-stricken special programs, inland Tibetan classes, inland Xinjiang senior high school classes, ethnic minority preparatory classes, directional enrollment in Tibet, joint enrollment in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and second bachelor's degree.

Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Article 6 Beijing Forestry University shall set up an enrollment committee and an enrollment work leading group. The enrollment work leading group is headed by the principal, with the vice-principal and the secretary of the Disciplinary Committee as deputy heads, and the heads of academic affairs office, discipline inspection and supervision office, undergraduate enrollment office and other departments as members.

Article 7 The Admissions Office of Beijing Forestry University, as the permanent working body of the school, is responsible for the daily work of undergraduate enrollment. Its duties are:

1. Strictly implement the policies of the Ministry of Education on enrollment and the supplementary provisions and implementation rules of the admissions committees of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities);

2 in accordance with the annual enrollment plan issued by the Ministry of Education and the relevant provisions of the preparation of sub regional, sub professional enrollment plan, the development of school enrollment regulations;

3. Carry out enrollment publicity and consulting services, and introduce our school's situation and enrollment policy to candidates and parents;

4. Complete the enrollment work objectively and fairly, and be responsible for coordinating and handling various problems encountered in the enrollment work;

5. Fulfill the corresponding responsibilities of college enrollment information disclosure.

6. Cooperate with relevant departments of the school to review the admission of new students.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the education authorities and schools.

Article 8 The enrollment work of Beijing Forestry University shall be conducted under the supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision department of the school.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan and Admission

Article 10 Beijing Forestry University enrolls students for the whole country, and comprehensively considers the number of candidates and the quality of students in each province, the admission rate in previous years, the employment quality and destination of graduates, and determines the enrollment plan by province and specialty. The annual enrollment plan and the enrollment plan by province and specialty shall be subject to the announcement of the Ministry of Education and the provincial enrollment institutions.

Article 11 Access principle

1. According to the scores provided by the provincial admissions offices (including the national college entrance examination plus points confirmed by the provincial admissions offices). Volunteering in batch order, the proportion of college students' files should be controlled within 120% in principle. According to the batch of filing in parallel volunteer, the proportion of filing should be controlled within 105% in principle.

2. Candidates in Jiangsu Province (including self-enrollment, high-level art troupe, special enrollment plan for rural poverty-stricken areas and individual enrollment plan for rural students) must achieve grade 2B in the academic level examination.

3. For the national college entrance examination plus points specified by the Ministry of Education and the education authorities of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), our school recognizes the highest plus points among all the plus points that candidates have, with a maximum of 20 points.

4. Arrange candidates to apply for this major according to the candidates' enrollment scores (including policy points) and professional volunteers. The professional grade difference is generally 3 1 0 (including enrollment in Inner Mongolia and Jiangsu), and the grade difference that meets the candidates' professional wishes to the greatest extent is the final set value. Within the scope permitted by the scale of professional enrollment, the school will appropriately adjust the professional enrollment plan according to the candidates' professional volunteers. Biotechnology (Sino-Canadian cooperative education project) and Wood Science and Engineering (Sino-Canadian cooperative education project) are Sino-foreign cooperative education projects, and only candidates who apply for this major and meet the admission requirements are admitted when enrolling students.

5. In the case of the same academic score (the score after deducting the professional grade difference from the investment score), those who scored high in the actual examination and those who scored high in related subjects will be given priority in turn. Comparison order of related subjects: literature and history candidates compare Chinese, mathematics, literature comprehensive and foreign languages in turn, and science and engineering candidates compare mathematics, Chinese, science comprehensive and foreign language admission in turn.

6. Volunteering in turn according to batches. When the number of students of the first volunteer candidate is insufficient, the non-first volunteer candidates will be selected according to the scores of the candidates from high to low until the source plan is completed. If the number of qualified non-first-choice candidates is still insufficient, volunteers will be collected. According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, unfinished projects will also solicit volunteers. If the recruitment of volunteers is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred to other provinces with good student quality to complete the enrollment plan.

7. Only English language candidates are allowed to apply for the Japanese major in our school; Some courses of biotechnology (China-Canada joint school project) and wood science and engineering (China-Canada joint school project) are taught in English, and English language candidates are recommended to take the exam. It is recommended that candidates majoring in international economy and trade, finance, accounting, law, property management, information management and information system, information management and information system (management information direction), computer, electronic information science and technology, English, business English, biological science and design apply for the exam.

8. Candidates who apply for landscape architecture, landscape architecture and urban and rural planning are advised to have a certain art foundation, but they will not take the college entrance examination.

9. At the time of admission, previous students and current students are treated equally; Except for national defense students who only recruit boys, other enrollment majors do not limit the proportion of male and female students.

10. For special enrollment projects such as student walks, independent enrollment, rural students' individual enrollment, high-level art troupe enrollment, high-level sports team enrollment, and art enrollment, detailed relevant enrollment methods are formulated according to relevant documents of the Ministry of Education.

Chapter IV Supplementary Provisions

Twelfth freshmen, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the school entrance qualification examination. Students who fail to pass the review shall be dealt with according to the relevant provisions of the enrollment work.

Article 13 Our school collects tuition and accommodation fees in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the standards approved by the Beijing Municipal Price Bureau. The tuition standard is: 2,500 yuan per student for forestry, soil and water conservation and desertification control, wildlife and nature reserve management, 6,000 yuan per student for English, business English and Japanese, 0/0000 yuan per student for design major, 5,000 yuan or 5,500 yuan per student for other majors. The tuition fees for biotechnology (a Sino-Canadian cooperative school project) and wood science and engineering (a Sino-Canadian cooperative school project) are collected in two stages: 23,000 yuan per student per year in the first, second and third academic years (including 5,500 yuan in tuition fees and professional training fees17,500 yuan), and 5,500 yuan per student per year in our school in the fourth and fifth academic years. The tuition fees are collected by the University of British Columbia, Canada. At present, the standard of each student's credit is 800 Canadian dollars, about 65 credits for biotechnology (Sino-Canadian cooperative education project) and about 78 credits for wood science and engineering (Sino-Canadian cooperative education project). The tuition standard of this part is slightly adjusted every year, which is based on the admission standard of the University of British Columbia in Canada. Accommodation fee is 750 per person per year or between 900 yuan. If the state adjusts the tuition and accommodation fees for undergraduates, the school will charge them according to the new regulations.

Article 15 Our school does not entrust any intermediary agency or individual to enroll students, and does not charge any fees other than those stipulated by the state. Our school reserves the right to investigate the responsibility of intermediaries or individuals who engage in illegal enrollment publicity activities in the name of our school.

Article 16 The Admissions Office of Beijing Forestry University shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Articles of Association.
