The accommodation conditions of doctors are generally good. It is true that the master's dormitory is poor. The worst doctor I know is four people, single bathroom, balcony and air conditioning (and the whole school has been renovated this year, and any dormitory can be equipped with air conditioning). However, many doctors rent their own houses.
