A few years ago, someone said, "A university without love is incomplete." Practice has become the motto of college students. However, due to the special social environment of universities and some factors of college students themselves, many people are suffering from various problems related to love and sex while bearing the pressure of study. So this time, in the form of questionnaire survey, supplemented by online survey, we focus on the love-related issues of Chongqing University of Technology students. To this end, the author made a small survey, and the data are not necessarily representative, but only represent the existence of a time and a place. Just for reference, don't be too harsh. According to the author's calculation, in a science and engineering college like our school, the ratio of male to female is 3: 1 or even greater. So in order to measure the ideal situation, the actual number should be lower than this figure. In this process, a series of problems were found and corresponding solutions were put forward. There are problems, reasons and solutions for college students to fall in love * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * First of all, the phenomenon of total love has become a common phenomenon on university campuses. In our questionnaire, "Are you in love?" On this issue, 35% people are in love and 43.3% people have never been in love. And we find that college students' attitude towards love is open. In the answer to the question "How to treat the influence of college love on both sides", only 5% people think that "the disadvantages outweigh the benefits". It is true that love plays a great role in promoting the psychological maturity of college students: first, love is an important way for young people to release sexual energy; Secondly, love helps college students form a healthy self-concept; Secondly, love contributes to the perfection of college students' personality. However, in the investigation, we found that there are many misunderstandings in college love, which have produced many negative effects and greatly endangered the physical and mental health of college students. Second, the existing problems and solutions 1. Immature love behavior. College students, especially junior college students, often show their immaturity in love. According to the results of the questionnaire survey on "Factors of your lover choice", the factors of love choice of Chongqing University of Technology students are generally healthy. However, it is undeniable that students who mainly choose "feeling" and "appearance" still account for a certain proportion, which shows that the phenomenon that students in our school value "form" over "content" is still quite serious. In addition, only 4 1.6% of people are opposed to the question of "how to treat the attitude of' not seeking eternity, but having it'", and 58.4% are in favor of it and are indifferent. "Do you think there is a connection between love and marriage?" On this issue, as many as 80% think that love and marriage cannot be equated. This shows that students in our school often only pay attention to the process and despise the result in their love behavior. Most students don't associate love with marriage, and seldom or never consider how to develop in the future. This situation can easily lead to behaviors that violate social morality, and we must attach great importance to it. Therefore, in view of this "immature" behavior, it is suggested that we college students strengthen our efforts in the following two aspects: ① to establish a correct view of love, advocate like-minded love, and ② to understand that love means responsibility. 2. The one-sidedness of love motivation lies in "What was your initial motivation for falling in love during college or university?" The statistical results of this question are as follows: 77% are attracted by each other's advantages, 10% are empty, and 8.3% are full of curiosity. This shows that college students in our school are relatively healthy in love motivation, but many people still have bad psychology of seeking spiritual sustenance and satisfying curiosity. After our research, we think that there are two reasons: first, college students are still in the psychological growth period, and their self-esteem is too strong, so they do not easily open their hearts to others in the communication with their classmates, forming psychological atresia; Second, because many people have lost clear goals, lack the motivation to learn, and feel that life is boring. The love produced under this premise is blind, one-sided and impulsive. Once the feeling of loneliness in the future disappears, "love" will end, which will inevitably bring pain and misfortune to yourself and the other party. To this end, in order to improve this situation, we suggest: ① correctly understand love and love, understand that love means responsibility, and you can't fall in love irresponsibly because of your temporary psychological factors; ② Expand the circle of friends and make some intimate friends. (3) Ambitious people compare standards. 3. Confusion about sex Although China's traditional culture and ethics have a deep influence on college students. In "Can you accept premarital sex?" In the survey results, "absolutely not" accounted for 3 1.7%, "others can, but they can't" accounted for 25%, "I don't know, it depends" accounted for 40%, and "completely ok, no big deal" accounted for 3.3%. The online survey results are: 4%, 8%, 55% and 33% respectively. This fully shows that there is great confusion and hesitation about premarital sex in our school and other college students. Through research and investigation, it is found that there are several reasons why college students have premarital sex in love: ① Bathed in love, they can't extricate themselves. (2) in order to strengthen the relationship. (3) curiosity. I hope to get married with each other. However, love is sacred, and contemporary college students should give up many of their own desires, give up eating, drinking, and enjoying the idea of eternal love in the blessing of marriage. It is important to master the following aspects: ① Know the rights and responsibilities. ② Cultivate normal sexual communication. ③ Sublimation of sexual concept. (4) Learn sexual knowledge well, including sexual physiology, sexual psychology, sexual health and sexual morality. 4. Emotional dependence and weak endurance. What do you think is the biggest problem facing your love? On this issue, the survey results show that the problems faced by college students in love are extensive and complicated. These problems can easily lead to the bankruptcy of love. There is still a long way to go to solve the problem of college students' frustration in love. Through investigation and study, we have summarized several solutions to college students' frustration in love for their reference: First, we might as well calm down and discuss the reasons for lovelorn. Abnormal love psychology is widespread. In the statistics of "what kind of love have you experienced", the following results appear: "Unrequited love" is the most common, followed by "love triangle" and "online love". This shows that the abnormal love phenomenon in our school has become more serious. The following will focus on several key issues. (1) Unrequited love. Secret love can certainly experience a kind of happiness, but more feelings are pain. So how to get out of the misunderstanding of unrequited love? First, take the initiative to understand each other's attitude. Second, make love to each other bravely. Third, liberate yourself and rush back. Fourth, release stagnant energy in time. Fifth, stop falling in love blindly. (2) love triangle. Love triangle refers to a woman (man) establishing a love relationship with two men (women) at the same time. The harm caused by love triangle is endless, which will not only affect the unity among classmates, but also cause vicious incidents, which will not do any good to your's love.
