" Under the advocacy of the party and state leaders, music appreciation has quietly emerged among college students all over the country, but its important role in campus culture construction has not been paid enough attention, so it is necessary to explore and strengthen it in order to promote campus culture construction and improve college students' music literacy and comprehensive quality.

1. Music appreciation plays a unique role in cultivating college students' comprehensive quality.

Music appreciation is an art elective course for non-music majors in China in recent years. It is an important way and content of implementing all-round quality education in China, and has a positive, unique and irreplaceable role and influence on cultivating college students' noble thoughts and behaviors, beautiful moral sentiments and shaping a sound personality.

1. Music appreciation can cultivate people's emotions. The construction of campus culture directly affects the healthy growth of students' moral concept, psychological quality, behavior mode and value orientation, and plays an important role in the whole education work. However, for the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities, its focus and content are still worthy of in-depth discussion and thinking by the education sector. In recent years, although the level of music popularization in China is constantly developing and improving, due to the long-term influence of exam-oriented education, the situation of popularizing music education in colleges and universities in China is very limited. At present, China's education system is in the process of changing from exam-oriented education to quality education, so it is particularly meaningful and necessary to vigorously promote music education for college students. Therefore, music appreciation should become an important part of the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities, and should reflect its characteristics:

1. Adhere to aesthetic education as the core of music appreciation and take quality education service as the guiding ideology. Music education in colleges and universities is an important part of socialist spiritual civilization construction and healthy campus cultural life. 3. Insist on offering music appreciation courses according to college students' age characteristics and current music hobbies, so as to facilitate effective aesthetic education for college students. On the one hand, college music appreciation should try to choose high-grade works suitable for college students' aesthetic taste. Provide rich and colorful music works and music practice activities for college students in as many aspects and angles as possible. On the other hand, the compilation of college music appreciation textbooks should take into account the weak music foundation of most students and make it a practical textbook. Therefore, we should properly grasp the degree of music selection and the difficulty of teaching arrangement.

4. Insist on using all kinds of modern teaching facilities and conditions, pursue high-quality sound effects, and maximize students' auditory aesthetic feelings. For more than ten years, this activity has led contemporary college students to carry forward the great national spirit of the Chinese nation and absorb the outstanding achievements of the development of human civilization with its advanced cultural orientation and expressions that college students love to hear, and has made great contributions to promoting the all-round and harmonious development of contemporary college students. In addition, the ways to realize music appreciation in campus culture construction should also include:

1, beautify the campus bell. Many campus ringtones have been successfully demonstrated, without harsh noise as a reminder, replaced by beautiful music. For example, the following attempts and updates can be made: (1) The signal music in the classroom should be more soothing to calm the students' emotions and help to quickly stabilize the classroom order; After-class signal music can stimulate students' lively emotions more quickly and let them have a happy time and space between classes; After-school music such as "Going Home" is worth exploring. 2. Extracurricular music broadcasting. Campus extracurricular music is mostly spread by campus radio stations. Campus culture construction should make full use of broadcasting to make a beautiful sound. For example, at breakfast, China folk light music and western classical music are played. "Historical Records" said: "The uterus moves the spleen, the Shang moves the liver, the horn moves the lungs, the sign moves the heart, and the feather moves the kidney." In Europe, catering music has a long history, and Bach's music can treat gastric neurosis; Austrian restaurants are filled with beautiful music, and many countries have extended "companion music" to modern life. This is because music with pleasant notes can reduce the surrounding noise and make students feel good all day. Play some lively songs before the first class in the morning and the first class in the afternoon to relieve students' nervous mood and arouse their thinking enthusiasm; Play some beautiful and quiet songs after school at noon and afternoon, so that students' minds can be freed from nervous study and get peace, thus reducing unfortunate campus events caused by boredom, bathing students in aesthetic campus culture, naturally enhancing their feelings for campus, consciously observing discipline and caring for public property; Cultivate patriotism in music, overcome difficulties and study hard; In music, we should draw great love from human beings, pay attention to suffering, be compassionate, be friendly to others, protect the environment and live in harmony with all kinds of creatures.

3. Promotion of campus songs. Songs have their unique advantages in teaching, that is, the artistic images created by lyrics and the artistic scenes described are vivid and vivid, and students can truly capture the author's thoughts and sing with them. Get moral strength from songs. For example, "Learn from Lei Feng" and "I am a soldier" set up the idea of serving the people; The Yellow River Cantata and Ballad of the Great Wall established patriotism. The Water Margin and Zhu Yingtai and You at the Same Table develop romantic feelings; Let the world be full of love and Song of Seven Sons cultivate students' humanistic thoughts. We can also promote the development of campus songs by holding chorus, singing contest and performance regularly. Besides learning knowledge and strength from the songs themselves, we can also cultivate students' collectivism and cooperative spirit in chorus.

4. The popularity of instrumental music on campus. Through the appreciation of instrumental music such as "Mountain Flowing Water" and "Plum Blossom Workshop", we can deepen our understanding of the long and splendid culture of mankind and gain the courage to overcome difficulties in Beethoven's symphonies. In addition, through the training of instrumental music performance, students' spirit of unity and cooperation can be cultivated, and they can understand that only by integrating into the collective can they play an effective role.

5. Strengthen classroom teaching. Infiltrating moral education into music, music classroom is the first line. This requires music teachers to explore the connotation of teaching materials, explore moral education resources, and stimulate students' enthusiasm for drawing moral education from music. For example, the national anthem should not only sing the notes correctly, but also analyze the musical knowledge of the song, such as the creative background, historical significance, rest in music, dotted notes, strength signs and marching speed, so that students can understand that the national anthem is a symbol of the motherland and the voice of the nation.
