Undergraduate education is the foundation of establishing a school, and postgraduate education is the road to strengthening a school. On the level of running a school, the college is clear: take undergraduate education as the main body, vigorously develop postgraduate education and moderately develop continuing education.

At present, the College of Civil Engineering and Architecture has seven undergraduate majors: civil engineering, architecture, engineering management, engineering mechanics, building environment and energy application engineering, urban planning and engineering cost. Among them, civil engineering, building environment and energy application projects were approved by the third batch of the Ministry of Education and the second batch of Sichuan Province respectively. In addition, civil engineering, building environment and energy application engineering, and engineering mechanics are the specialties of Sichuan Province. The college is also a training base for undergraduate talents majoring in civil engineering and urban planning in Sichuan Province. 20 14 undergraduate major in engineering cost was approved, and it will be enrolled in September of 20 14.

At present, the college has two master's degree authorized first-level disciplines, namely, civil engineering and urban and rural planning, and two master's degree authorized fields, namely, architectural and civil engineering and industrial design engineering. Civil engineering is one of the supporting disciplines of doctoral authorized units in our school. The college currently has more than 3,500 undergraduates and more than 300 graduate students.

Continuing education developed earlier in our college, and the adult continuing education point of civil engineering and engineering management is one of the earliest adult continuing education points of civil engineering in China. Since 2003, students from 18 provinces have been enrolled and * * * trained150,000 students.
