Article 20: The school shall go through the formalities of suspension, resumption, transfer, repetition and withdrawal from school every Monday at the General Education Department of the District Bureau of Culture and Education. The change of student identity should be indicated in the corresponding column of student file. Students who fail to go through the relevant formalities such as suspension, resumption, transfer, and re-reading in the education administrative department according to the regulations shall be treated as their original school status.

Article 21: If a student dies, he shall send a letter to the District Bureau of Culture and Education within one month after the incident. Abnormal death, to write a report in duplicate, reported to the District Bureau of culture and education for the record.

These rules shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation, and the comprehensive education department of the District Bureau of Culture and Education shall be responsible for the interpretation.
