Jiang Yumin, male, was born on August 25th, 2008. 1949. 1982 graduated from Shandong university, and obtained a master's degree in economics from Fudan university in the same year. 1986 was promoted to associate professor, 1993 was promoted to professor. 1995 was awarded the title of national excellent teacher, and 1997 enjoyed the government subsidy of the State Council. He has served as vice president of Anhui Finance College (formerly Bengbu Finance and Trade College), deputy secretary and president of west anhui university Party Committee, and served as president of Anhui Normal University in June 2003.
