Chapter one? general rule

Article 2 The Articles of Association is the main channel for the society to understand the policies, regulations and related information of our college, and it is the main basis for our college to carry out enrollment consultation and admission work.

Article 6 According to the development plan, school conditions, discipline development, student source status and social needs, the College has formulated the enrollment plan for 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government in 2008. And in accordance with the specific enrollment majors and enrollment numbers approved by the Ministry of Education, it will be sent to the enrollment committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government within the specified time and announced to the public; At the same time, it will be announced to the public through other means. In the process of enrollment, the enrollment plans of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government with good students, sufficient volunteers and high admission scores can be adjusted appropriately with the consent of the hospital enrollment leading group and the approval of the higher authorities.
Article 7 Undergraduate tuition standard: general major 12000- 15000 yuan/student? Yes, art major 18000 yuan/student? A few years. ? Article 8 The admission of college students follows the principles of fair competition, fair selection and open procedures. To implement the enrollment policies formulated by the Ministry of Education and the enrollment committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, as well as the relevant provisions promulgated by the articles of association; According to the candidates' wishes and the scores of the college entrance examination culture course (the scores of art majors are the sum of the scores of professional courses and culture courses), the candidates are comprehensively evaluated and selected. In the process of admission, I consciously accept the supervision of the admissions committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates and all sectors of society.
Article 9 The principle of voluntary admission in colleges and universities is voluntary priority, that is, candidates who apply for our college as their first choice are admitted from high score to low score according to the voluntary order of colleges and universities reported by candidates. Only when the number of people who apply for our college as their first choice on the same batch of minimum control lines announced by provinces, the autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government are less than the enrollment plan, the candidates who apply for our college will be admitted as their second choice, and so on. Article 12 The admission of candidates with policy bonus points shall be based on the principle of territorial management stipulated by the Ministry of Education, and the bonus points policies and admission regulations formulated by the admissions committees of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government where the candidates are located shall be implemented. Students majoring in literature, art and physical education must pass the interview and examination of the school. Professional admission will give priority to the policy of adding points to candidates' professional volunteers.

Article 19 The college provides scholarships for outstanding students, which are divided into first, second and third grades, and the total reward ratio reaches 20% of the total number of students. Independent colleges cannot apply for student loans yet.
Article 20 Upon completion of the course, students will be awarded a diploma from Baode College of Tianjin University of Commerce, and if they meet the requirements for awarding a bachelor's degree, they will be awarded a bachelor's degree certificate from Baode College of Tianjin University of Commerce.
Chapter six? supplementary terms
Article 21 These Articles of Association are only applicable to the undergraduate enrollment of our college in 2008.
Article 22 The Articles of Association has been reviewed and approved by the leading group for undergraduate enrollment in our college and submitted to the higher authorities for examination and approval.
Article 23 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. In the past, the policies and regulations on undergraduate enrollment in our hospital were inconsistent with the articles of association, which shall be abolished.
