College and Tianfu College of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics are independent colleges organized by Southwestern University of Finance and Economics with the approval of the Ministry of Education according to the requirements of Document No.8 [2003] and Order No.26 of the Ministry of Education. Its school-running level is full-time undergraduate colleges. The school has undergraduate and junior college enrollment, but no secondary school enrollment.
