Zhengzhou University, referred to as "Zheng Da" for short, is located in Zhengzhou and is a university jointly established by the Ministry of Education and the Henan Provincial People's Government. 2. Henan University:

Henan University, referred to as "Heda University" for short, is a university jointly established by the people's government of Henan Province, the people of China and the Ministry of Education, and it is the first batch of "double-first-class" world-class discipline construction universities in China.

3. Kaifeng University:

North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power, referred to as "Huashui", is located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, and is jointly established by the Ministry of Water Resources and Henan Province.

5. Henan University of Science and Technology:

Henan University of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as HAUST Hekeda) is located in Luoyang City, Henan Province. It is established with the approval of the National Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and the People's Government of Henan Province, supported by the basic capacity-building project of universities in the central and western regions of China, a national demonstration university for deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and one of the three comprehensive universities in Henan Province.
