1. The notices or documents related to teaching on the website of the Academic Affairs Office are officially released through this website, so please pay attention. This website is a public * * * website, and users can access and view relevant information without logging in.

2. Teaching Information Service Network This website deals with course selection, courses, exams, grades, information maintenance, etc. The website uses jAccount account or user name+password to log in (the user is the student number, and the password defaults to the last 8 digits of the ID card or student number). Please log on to this website within one week and select-<; Personal information > fill in personal information item by item.

Second, 20 14-20 15 school year 1 semester teaching arrangement

Students of grade 20 14 begin classes on Wednesday, September 17, and the second week includes physical education (1) and college English (1). Students can log on to the teaching information service network to inquire about their specific curriculum arrangements.

According to the requirements of each module of the training plan, students still need to choose their own courses for general core courses and freshman seminars. Among them, general core courses have corresponding credit requirements, and freshman seminars can offset compulsory credits or personalized credits according to remarks. For the course selection process, please refer to the "Course Selection Help" on the homepage (upper left corner) of the undergraduate study guide manual or the teaching information service network. The way, time and requirements of course selection are as follows:

Course selection: sea election (course selection time: September 29th13: 00-1October 8th, 65438+8:30).

Pre-selection (course selection time:13: 00-13: 08+03: 30)

The third round (course selection time: 10, 15, 13: 00- 17, 16:30).

Course selection requirements: in the sea election stage, each person can only choose one "general core course" and "freshman seminar course"; In the competition stage, according to the teaching resources, before1June/June 13:00, each person can only choose one "general core course" and "freshman seminar course"; After 10, 10 and 13:00, each person can choose at most three "general core courses" and "freshman seminar courses" respectively.

Three, the campus card collection and use instructions

Receive a prefabricated campus card (that is, a student ID card) according to the campus card collection place indicated in the Freshman Registration Form; If you can't prefabricate cards without photos, please take photos and make cards at the designated place on the Freshmen Registration Form.

The campus card password is the last 6 digits of the ID number (if the last digit is X, it is 12- 17 digits). When the prefabricated campus card is swiped in the canteen for the first time, it will automatically pay the price subsidy for two months. Then you can use this card for other expenses.

Campus cards produced by live photos must be recharged before they can be consumed. The price subsidies for such students will be sent to their respective campus cards within one month after enrollment. The cash recharge point in each canteen can be recharged. In order to reduce the waiting in line, students who have paid the price subsidy should try to avoid recharging their cards on the day of registration.

Fourth, the purchase and use of radios.

Radio should be used for English test after freshman. The frequency of campus radio stations approved by Shanghai Radio Administration Bureau is 72.7MHz, so the frequency of freshman broadcasting must cover 72.7MHz. It should be noted that ordinary FM broadcasting does not cover this frequency, which is different from the frequency used in the college entrance examination.

If the freshman already has such a radio, there is no need to buy it; If students don't have FM72.7 radio, they will buy it on the second floor of the new gymnasium after arriving at school.
