brief introduction
Social phobia is a subtype of phobia. Phobia was originally called panic neurosis, a kind of neurosis. Mainly manifested as excessive and unreasonable fear of some external objective things or situations. The patient knows that this fear is overreacted or unreasonable, but it still appears repeatedly and is difficult to control.
Panic attacks are often accompanied by obvious anxiety and autonomic nervous system symptoms. Patients try to avoid objective things or situations that lead to fear, or endure with fear, thus affecting normal activities. Common phobia subtypes are agoraphobia, social phobia and special phobia.
