The National College Practical English Test (PRETCO), referred to as English Proficiency Test, is divided into two levels: AB. Grade B is the minimum standard requirement for students in higher vocational colleges.

The B-level standard is slightly lower than the A-level, which is a transitional requirement. College practical English test (PRETCO) is a national teaching test for higher vocational colleges approved by the Ministry of Education.
