Sun Jiping, doctor, professor, doctoral supervisor and vice president of China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing), has been engaged in the research and practice of coal mine safety production monitoring and communication, safety production informatization and coal mine electrical safety for more than 20 years, and has solved a series of industrial and key technical problems. He is also the head of the expert group of the safety production information system of the State Administration of Work Safety, the head of the electromechanical group of coal mine safety experts of the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety, and the director of the information and automation expert committee of the China Coal Industry and Technology Commission. He used to be the leader of the investigation expert group for the "1.5" especially serious fire accident in Li Sheng Coal Mine, Xiangtan County, Hunan Province, the State Council and the "6.2 1" especially serious explosive explosion accident in Xingdong No.2 Mine, Pingdingshan City, Henan Province, the State Council.
