Luyang District, which belongs to Hefei, Anhui Province, is the core city of Hefei, the provincial capital, and the political, economic, cultural and financial center of the old city of Hefei. Luyang District is located in the north-central part of Hefei, with the old city of Hefei as the main body, extending to the northwest and bordering Changfeng County and Feixi County.
