Soldiers' quantitative scores have their own calculation standards.
1, service years score (1) If the service years are less than 12 years (inclusive), 3 points will be scored for each service 1 year; After 12 years, every additional 1 year of service will be 4 points. (2) For those who have served in active service for less than 6 months, it shall be counted as half a year; for those who have served in active service for more than 6 months, it shall be counted as 1 year. The service life of soldiers in active service shall be counted from the date when the military service organ approves their service to the date when the army issues a retirement order. 2. Reward and commendation scores (1) are usually rewarded. 1. Single award, 0.5 points each time; 2. Individual category III, each time 10; 3. Individual merit citation class II, 20 points each time; 4. Personal scores, 40 points each time. (2) Wartime rewards. 1. Single award, 3 points each time; 2. Commendation (1) Individuals who are commended by the Central Military Commission will be awarded 20 points each time; (2) If an individual is commended by the organs and departments of the Central Military Commission, score 10 each time. 4. Disability rating: (1) Soldiers disabled by war during service were rated as 5 to 10, with scores of 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 and 5 respectively. (2) Soldiers who are disabled on duty during their service are rated as 5 to 10, with scores of 40, 30, 20, 10, 5 and 2 respectively. The grade of disability is based on the grade of disability at retirement. 5. Scoring for other situations (1) Scoring for continuously serving in hard and remote areas, islands and other hard conditions during the military service and continuously enjoying the allowance for hard and remote areas and islands for more than one year (inclusive). 1.
