Tsinghua University Institute of Optoelectronic Engineering was founded in 1958, formerly known as Tsinghua University Optical Instrument Teaching and Research Department. 198 1 photoelectric institute was identified as the first batch of doctoral programs. 1988 was rated as the key discipline of optical engineering, and a postdoctoral mobile workstation was set up, which is the central laboratory of Tsinghua Experimental Zone of the State Key Laboratory of Precision Testing Technology and Instruments. In 20001Ministry of Education's key discipline evaluation and 2003 national first-class discipline ranking evaluation, he won the first place in the discipline of optical engineering. At present, the Institute has undertaken about 18 national "973" and "863" and national natural fund research projects.
