In the vicinity of Chengxian College of Southeast University, the relevant planning of the "big and small triangle" plot optimization scheme has been started, and the "urban design of plots around Chengxian College of Dongda University" has been carried out in the new district, which will be positioned as the urban center of Jiangbei New District High-tech Zone, the future urban commercial center, scientific research brain, urban living room and office garden. Among them, the "big and small triangle" plot is positioned as a scientific research office, which will effectively solve the problems of insufficient scientific research space and lack of urban facilities in Chengxian College. At present, except for a few areas, the basement foundation construction of this project has been completed, and it has entered the basement (except area B) for negative main structure construction. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2022.
The project includes two high-rise serviced apartments, a five-star hotel, two office buildings and a four-story business district. The underground part is about138,000 square meters of three-story underground building, which undertakes the functions of commerce, garage and civil air defense.
