There are no intermediate command departments and senior command departments. National University of Defense Technology is a junior comprehensive college, which trains junior commanders. Intermediate officers need to go to Shijiazhuang or Nanjing Army Academy. For the intermediate level, you can only go to the National Defense University. Middle and senior military schools do not accept local students (except for postgraduate entrance examination), but only accept junior classes to recruit candidates with the same academic qualifications as high school students and troops. After graduation, the rank is lieutenant.
