1983 graduated from the Department of Medicine of Sun Yat-sen University of Medical Sciences. After being promoted to attending physician, he began to specialize in glaucoma and cataract. Mastering the knowledge of etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma and cataract, skilled in surgical skills, rich in clinical experience, able to judge and deal with intraoperative and postoperative complications of glaucoma and cataract in time, with few surgical complications, good surgical effect and good service attitude, which has been recognized by many patients. Clinically, it has relieved the pain of thousands of patients and constantly summed up experience in practice. 10 years ago, when there was no imported silicone tube, a simple silicone tube was made from existing materials, which solved some surgical problems of refractory glaucoma at that time. Besides routine trabeculectomy and phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation, I am also familiar with the combined surgery of long-term anterior chamber separation, phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation, vitrectomy and laser treatment of malignant glaucoma. Combined surgery of silicon tube implantation, vitrectomy and intraocular lens implantation for refractory glaucoma: non-penetrating trabecular surgery for open angle glaucoma. Since 2000, the removable suture in modified trabeculectomy has been designed by ourselves. At present, this technique has been published in the national journal of ophthalmology and has been fully promoted, and achieved good surgical results, which can reduce the complications of trabeculectomy and improve the success rate of surgery.
