An adjunct professor at Anhui Medical University shall meet the following conditions: 1. Engaged in teaching and scientific research in universities or scientific research units at home and abroad, and served as the equivalent of a professor.
2. Engaged in research work in scientific research institutes at home and abroad and served as laboratory director.
3. Those who have deep attainments and innovative achievements in teaching and scientific research.
4. Those who meet the relevant requirements of the Interim Measures for the Appointment and Management of Overseas Adjunct Professors in Anhui Medical University. These conditions aim to ensure that part-time professors have rich teaching and scientific research experience, can bring innovative thinking and international vision to the school, and improve the teaching quality and scientific research level of the school.
