Treating suspension process

1. Students put forward diagnosis opinions and suspension suggestions through the school hospital due to illness. Students submit a written application to the college and fill out the suspension application form.

D within the allowed study period, the students' suspension time is generally one year, which can be extended appropriately with the approval of the school in special circumstances, but the cumulative period shall not exceed two years.

Go through the formalities of suspension

In principle, suspension from school is handled within the first week after the start of each semester, and the suspension time is one year.

1. Students who really need to drop out of school due to illness or other reasons must submit a written application and attach relevant certificates. (The patient needs to show the diagnosis certificate of the hospital at or above the county level, and it is invalid without the diagnosis certificate);

2, students will drop out of school materials to the counselor, counselor to verify the situation, sign whether or not to agree;

3. If students drop out of school due to illness, they need to submit the materials to the College Health Department, which will verify the students' situation;

5. Students submit suspension materials to the Political and Educational Affairs Office, and the director of the Political and Educational Affairs Office signs whether they agree or not;

6. Students will submit the suspension materials to the Student Status Management Section of the Academic Affairs Office for discussion.
