1993, Insearch College, a subsidiary of University of Science and Technology Sydney, which is exploring the international education market, took the initiative to contact the Education Office of the Consulate General of China in Sydney, and finally selected University of Shanghai for Science and Technology (merged into Shanghai University on May 27th, 1994) for school cooperation.

In 2006, the College was recommended by the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission as a pilot unit for Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, becoming the first Sino-foreign cooperation college in Shanghai to pass the quality certification of Shanghai Education Evaluation Institute and obtain a certificate.

In 20 13, the college obtained the membership of AACSB (International Association of Business Schools). Jiading Campus of Shanghai University, where Sydney Business School is headquartered, is located in Jiading District, northwest of Shanghai, and can recruit planned and unplanned students.

2. Jimei University

Jimei University, located in Xiamen, Fujian Province, is a key construction university in Fujian Province. 3. Jilin University-Lymton College
