Anhui Normal University, referred to as "Anhui Normal University" or "An Normal University", is located in Wuhu City, Anhui Province. It is a university jointly established by the Anhui Provincial People's Government, the people of China and the Ministry of Education, and is a national "Basic Capacity Building Project for Universities in the Midwest". But it was not selected for the 985 or 2 1 1 construction project.
