The University Town in Tianjin is the third highest parish outside the 10 bridge and 1 1 bridge on the outer ring opposite Huayuan in Xiqing District. It is a newly-built higher education area, including three universities: Normal University, Polytechnic University and Industrial University. This third-highest parish is temporarily called University Town.

There is also a university town, an agricultural college, an urban construction college and a commercial university Baode College on Jinjing Road in Xiqing District. Near the third highest parish.

Tianjin University of Finance and Economics is approaching Dongli in Hexi District, and the first two university towns are completely two corners of Tianjin. There is also a University of Science and Technology next to the University of Finance and Economics. These two schools are not university towns.

The undergraduate courses of Tianjin University, Nankai University, Foreign Languages Institute, Conservatory of Music, Academy of Fine Arts and Institute of Physical Education are all in the city.
