How do parents apply for visas to accompany foreigners to study in China?
/kloc-Parents of international students under the age of 0/8 can apply for an L visa. The validity period of the visa shall not exceed the validity period of the visa or residence permit for international students. Use the following materials:

1. Original and photocopy of the applicant's valid passport and visa;

2. Fill in the application form of visa and residence permit for foreigners truthfully, and paste a recent two-inch half-length bareheaded photo;

3. Registration form for temporary accommodation of overseas personnel issued by the local police station (except for overseas applicants);

4. Official letter from the management department of foreign students in colleges and universities;

5. A copy of the original passport and visa or residence permit of foreign students;

6. Foreign spouses must also provide marriage certificates, parents provide proof of kinship, children provide birth certificates, and guardians provide power of attorney from parents of foreign students. Relevant certificates issued by overseas institutions must be certified by China embassies and consulates abroad.
