Double-non-universities generally refer to non-first-class universities and first-class disciplines, that is, non-double-first-class, also known as non-double. Especially those universities that are neither 985 nor 2 1 1.
The general undergraduate course in a broad sense actually refers to the undergraduate colleges in general higher education, which is a name to distinguish junior colleges from adult higher education schools. In a narrow sense, it refers to some key institutions (such as 985, 2 1 1, now known as double first-class institutions). Then, in a narrow sense, double-non-universities and ordinary undergraduate courses are basically the same concept.
