Master of Business Administration (MBA/EMBA) of Shandong University is a part-time program, with an estimated enrollment of about 550 students. The enrollment plans in all directions are as follows:
1. Business administration direction: about 450 people.
2. Business management direction of senior managers: about 50 people.
3. Business administration (financial management) direction: about 50 people.
Note: The enrollment plan and enrollment number of each research direction are based on the final number announced by the school, and are adjusted appropriately according to the recruitment situation.

The recruitment types of MBA/EMBA candidates in Shandong University include Class A and Class B. ..
(A) the conditions for the A-class candidates to apply for the exam
Those who meet the requirements of the national examination, do not apply for an early interview, or fail to apply for an early interview, or participate in an early interview but fail are all Class A candidates.
(2) Conditions for B-type candidates to apply for the exam
1. Necessary condition
Persons who meet the requirements of the national examination and have more than 6 years of work experience after graduating from college; Or a person who has obtained a college diploma or a bachelor's degree recognized by the state and has more than 9 years of work experience (the certificate was obtained before September 1, 2065438); Or get a master's degree or a doctor's degree, and have more than 2 years of work experience after graduation.
2. Important conditions
The applicant shall meet the above-mentioned necessary conditions and one of the following important conditions. At the same time, the corresponding materials should be submitted and uploaded in the system:
(1) If I start my own business and the annual business income of the company reaches 1 10,000 or more, please submit the supporting materials: business license, annual report of the company (the last year), proof that I am actually responsible for the company's operation, graduation certificate and degree certificate, and business summary;

(3) If you hold middle and senior management positions in large and medium-sized enterprises and have outstanding performance, please submit the attached materials: business license, annual report of the company in the latest year or other authentic materials that can reflect the business scale and economic benefits of the company in the latest year (stamped with the official seal of the financial department), employment documents of the unit, my job description (including organization chart and personal description of specific departments and positions), graduation certificate and degree certificate, and recommendation letter from the person in charge of the unit (indicating the name and office phone number of the person in charge);
(4) Senior or senior employees of large and medium-sized enterprises, advanced workers and model workers who have been awarded or commended at or above the provincial or municipal level during their work, please submit supporting materials: business license, annual report of the company in the latest year or other authentic materials that can reflect the company's business scale and economic benefits in the latest year (stamped with the official seal of the financial department), award-winning certificate, personal job description (or job description), personal performance report, graduation certificate and degree certificate, and recommendation letter from the person in charge of the unit (.

Third, the recruitment process

According to the enrollment plan and re-examination admission method issued by the state, the candidates' initial and re-examination results, ideological and political performance and physical and mental health status are assessed.
