Brief introduction of biosystems engineering and College of Food Science, Zhejiang University
Biosystems engineering College of Food Science (hereinafter referred to as "College of Raw Food") has two departments, namely biosystems engineering, Food Science and Nutrition, six research institutes, namely, agricultural bio-environmental engineering, bio-electromechanical engineering, food science and fermentation engineering, post-natal engineering of agricultural products, water and soil engineering and urban-rural construction, biological system automation and information technology, a college-level teaching and experimental center, and the Nutrition and Food Safety Center of Asia-Pacific Clinical Nutrition Society, Zhejiang Post-natal Technology Research Center of agricultural products, and food science and technology research.
