Dou Xiankang,1was born in Sixian County, Anhui Province on October 23rd. He is a space physicist and an academician of China Academy of Sciences. He is currently a professor, doctoral supervisor, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, president and chairman of Hubei Science and Technology Association of Wuhan University.
