I didn't wake up until I learned that I had received a fine of 1000 yuan from the Housing Leasing Center of Qingdao Real Estate Trading Center.

Relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Commercial Housing Lease on housing lease registration:
Article 14 Within 30 days after the conclusion of the house lease contract, the parties to the house lease shall go through the house lease registration at the construction (real estate) department of the people's government of the municipality directly under the central government, city or county where the leased house is located.
The parties to the house lease may entrust others to handle the house lease registration in writing.

If the application materials submitted by the applicant are incomplete or do not conform to the statutory form, the competent department of construction (real estate) of the people's government of the municipality directly under the central government, city or county shall inform the parties of the contents that need to be corrected.
Seventeenth housing lease registration certificate shall specify the name of the lessor, the name of the lessee, the type and number of valid identity documents, the location of the leased house, the purpose of the lease, the amount of rent, the lease term and other contents.
Eighteenth housing rental registration certificate is lost, it should be reissued to the original registration department.
Nineteenth housing lease registration changes, renewal or termination of the lease, the parties shall, within 30 days, to the original lease registration department for change, renewal or cancellation of housing lease registration procedures.
The "measures" for the administration of commercial housing lease punishment for not handling the registration procedures of housing lease:

Article 24 If the competent department of construction (real estate) of the people's government of a municipality directly under the Central Government, a city or a county refuses to handle the application for housing lease registration and filing that conforms to the provisions of these Measures, or refuses to handle the application for housing lease registration and filing that does not conform to the provisions of these Measures, or improperly manages the information of housing lease registration and filing, thus causing losses to the leasing parties, the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be punished according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
