The state has issued 20 new epidemic prevention regulations and optimized some prevention and control measures, among which it is mentioned that the high-risk overflow personnel will be adjusted from centralized isolation for 7 days to home isolation for 7 days, during which code management will be implemented and they are not allowed to go out. Moreover, at present, the medium risk zone has been cancelled, and the previous three categories of "high, medium and low" have been adjusted to "high and low" to minimize the number of managers.
After the cancellation of the medium-risk area, people returning from the low-risk area only need to have the health code and the trip code, and the nucleic acid test result is negative within 24 hours or 48 hours, so there is no need for other prevention and control. If you return from a high-risk area, in addition to your health code, nucleic acid test results, travel code, etc. You should also be isolated at home for 7 days.
Matters needing attention in home isolation
1. The quarantined person should cooperate with the community medical staff to measure the body temperature twice a day and monitor the symptoms such as cough and shortness of breath. Try to choose a well-ventilated single room for living. If the conditions are insufficient, please consciously limit the activity area and keep a distance of 1m from others.
2. Refuse to visit, and arrange care for family members without basic diseases. Both parties need to wear N95 masks or medical surgical masks, and nursing staff need to wear disposable gloves when contacting isolated people.
3. Caregivers should strengthen hand hygiene, such as before and after contact with the quarantined person, before and after eating, and after going to the toilet to avoid direct contact with the secretions of the quarantined person. Open windows in public areas such as toilets and kitchens for ventilation, 2-3 times a day, each time for not less than 30 minutes.
