Formulate and implement the development plan of undergraduate talent training, major reform plan of undergraduate education and teaching, key indicators of undergraduate education and teaching, rules and regulations of undergraduate teaching management and quality standards of major links of undergraduate teaching, and promote the reform of talent training mode.

2, responsible for undergraduate teaching research and reform. Organize the declaration, management and acceptance of school-level teaching and research reform projects; Organizing the selection, recommendation and appraisal of teaching research and reform projects at or above the provincial level; Organize the selection and reward of school-level teaching achievement awards, and organize the selection and recommendation of provincial and above teaching achievement awards.

3. Responsible for professional construction. Organize the formulation (revision) of professional personnel training programs; Responsible for the dynamic optimization and adjustment of school majors and the application of new majors; Responsible for the construction of provincial high-level applied professional groups and other provincial and above majors (groups).

4. Responsible for curriculum construction. Compile the course development plan and maintain the course library information; Carry out curriculum research, introduce high-quality curriculum resources and reform classroom teaching mode; Organize the formulation of curriculum construction standards, and carry out curriculum evaluation and quality identification.

5. Responsible for the evaluation of teachers' teaching quality and the construction of teaching team. Organizing the selection of teaching quality awards, teaching excellence awards and famous teachers, and the selection and recommendation of famous teachers at or above the provincial level; Organize teaching teams and professional leaders to support project construction and inspection, and recommend provincial and above projects.

6. Responsible for the management of teaching operation. Implement the teaching tasks of students in this department, arrange courses, organize students to choose courses, and maintain normal teaching order; Responsible for the examination and issuance of undergraduate students' grades, student status, major change, minor, graduation qualification and bachelor's degree qualification; Responsible for the use and maintenance of educational administration information system, and promote the reform of credit system as a whole.
