Sui Ping, doctor of financial law (J.S.D), graduated from Law School of City University of Hong Kong, and studied under Professor Guo, an internationally renowned international financial jurist. He has served as a leader in central state-owned enterprises, famous law firms, investment companies and investment banks, and has been engaged in financial and investment legal business at home and abroad for many years.
